Who Are The Ascended Masters?
Different people view the ascended masters in different ways. However sources don’t always agree on all the details. I see the ascended masters as spiritual teachers. A group of men and women who took important spiritual roles on Earth at some point in the past.
They worked through any karma and fulfillied their life purpose. After reaching a state of enlightenment they no longer needed to come back to earth again (ascended).
Despite this, they dedicated themselves to guiding and supporting humanity in reaching a state of higher consciousness from the spiritual world. They are similar to spirit guides but extra and more global. Kind of like super-guides.
Crystals To Connect With The Ascended Masters
There are so many ascended masters from all over the world and the stars. I’m only showing a few whose energy I am more familiar with. Some you may know and a couple you may not have heard of before…
Also, there are lots of crystals that resonate with their energy and wisdom. I was guided to one here that I feel is most helpful for you. These crystals can be used to connect with the ascended masters they are associated with. They will help anchor their energy so they can work through these crystals to support you.
How To Work With Ascended Master Crystals
You can carry your chosen crystal on you or wear it. Or place it on your altar or in any sacred space, like a meditation room. Try meditating with these crystals while visualising the ascended master and see what you intuitively sense.

Just One More Thing…
I don’t recommend channelling ascended masters unless you‘re experienced in that or learn from a trusted and reputable teacher. But you can ask these spiritual guides for support if needed in their associated area of expertise. If you’re new, read my guide below to get you started:
SAINT GERMAIN: AMETHYST
Saint Germain or St Germain isn’t a saint, but was actually the Count of St Germain in France. He’s rumoured to have royal blood and could have been born in the 16 or 1700s. This guy is very mysterious and appears to pop up with the same name at different times in history. He is believed to have studied alchemy, leading some to believe he discovered the elixir of life.
Saint Germain is the ascended master who brought the violet flame to the planet. It’s a spiritual fire that transmutes negativity into a higher vibration. Amethyst holds the energy of the violet flame. It transmutes, is highly spiritual and helps you overcome karmic patterns and blocks.
EL MORYA: BLUE SAPPHIRE
El Morya is believed to have incarnated most recently as Ranbir Singh in Kashmir, India in the 1800s. He helped stop the British invasion of the region. He was a wise leader and spiritual man who is said to have been writing to Madame Blavatsky. She was a medium and the founder of the Theosophical Society.
El Morya’s associated crystal is Blue Sapphire. Interestingly, some artwork shows a deep blue gemstone on his turban. So, I feel this crystal suits his energy perfectly. Blue Sapphire helps you access your higher mind’s wisdom, discern the truth and aligns you with your life purpose.
LADY NADA: PINK OPAL
So, Lady Nada’s origin is a little less clear and very ancient. According to channelled information, she is said to have been a powerful high priestess in the times of Atlantis. She is believed to be one of the members of the Council of Light and on the Karmic Board for this planet.
Her mission is to help people embody or respect the divine feminine. Pink Opal will help anchor her feminine energy. This crystal will also support you in healing your heart, embodying the divine feminine and support you in practising greater self love.
MASTER MERLIN: MERLINITE
Merlin is an interesting character. Most of us know him from the Arthurian legends. He may have been an arch Druid of the Celtic tradition. Others see him more as a wise wizard or a prophet. Regardless, the truth is he may have incarnated in all these forms over the years.
Merlin embodies the archetype of the wise counsellor and magician. Merlinite is a form of black and white Dendritic Agate or Chalcedony (AKA Dendritic Opal). This stone works well with his energy. Merlinite supports accessing your inner wisdom, manifesting and grounding your spiritual knowledge.
MARY MAGDALENE: CARNELIAN
Mary Magdalene is mentioned in the bible and considered a saint in several Christian traditions. She was originally from Magdala, Roman Judea. Her name became tarnished in what may have been a deliberate attempt to suppress her role or teachings. Some esoteric sources believe she was a priestess.
Mary’s spiritual role is now related to the return of the divine feminine within spiritual traditions and women’s empowerment. Carnelian is one of her sacred stones because it empowers you, supports persistence and works with several goddess energies.
MASTER AFRA: TIGER’S EYE
You may not have heard of Master Afra before. It’s a shame I’ve never seen him in ascended master books or oracle decks. This is despite the fact Elizabeth Clare Prophet wrote a whole book about him. He is believed to be one of the first ascended masters from the ancient golden age of Africa. His spiritual name is said to be the origin of the continent itself.
One of Master Afra’s soul missions is to heal racial divides and bring about a unified human race. The golden crystal Tiger’s Eye is plentiful in Africa. This stone empowers people, offers psychic protection from racism and brings you inner strength.
PAUL THE VENETIAN: LABRADORITE
Most new age art of Paul The Venetian or Master Paul will portray him as a ginger guy. He was actually Mediterranean, an Italian artist called Paolo Veronese living in Venice in the 1500s. In the ascended master teachings Paul works as the guardian of the rose pink ray of the heart. Others say he now governs the 3rd ray of intelligence and creativity.
Paul The Venetian is definitely working to inspire artists, designers and musicians. The colourful crystal Labradorite is one of his stones. Labradorite helps you tap into your creativity, express yourself and think outside the box.
