How Do I Use Crystals for Psychic Protection?
The easiest way to use crystals for protection is to carry them on you. A small natural crystal or a polished tumble stone will do for starters and if you find it works well for you then you can later invest in larger pieces for your Home or crystal jewellery. Below I’ll teach you how to program your crystals for protection.

How to Program Crystals For Psychic Protection
It’s always a good idea to set a crystal clear intention for why you’re using a crystal. Crystals have many properties so by being specific we can focus the crystal’s energies better.

I have been gifted a few stones from someone who was an energy vampire. Do I cleanse these stones , or chuck them out? I’m sure these are stones she picked for herself, kept at home ( a place which also has sick and negative energy) and then re-gifted them to myself . My spirit is telling me these gifts of hers where given as a way to access my energy or for her to be part of my environment in some way.
If you do not feel comfortable about the stones or they remind you of the person then you don’t have to keep them. Otherwise, cleanse them and then if you consecrate them it removes all old energies and programs from previous owners. Put them out on a Full moon. Depending on the stones you can also soak them in distill water and sea salt. You can also soak them in rain water.
Garnet and Amethyst are crystals I’ve always been attracted to and are easy to wear in the form of jewelry. In India, the mount has a hole at the back so the energies of the crystal are received by the wearer.
Earlier this year a Reiki Grandmaster suggested I wear Black Tourmaline too and the first time I wore it, within a day it broke in half!
I buried it and purchased a new one. It’s been uneventful ever since.

If the stones & crystals the previous owner, given to You is Filled with Sick, Dark & Negative Energy …. You can Take these stones … Dig a hole in the Earth, place them in this hole for 30 days & do NOT Disturb the spot… make sure You mark where you put them. Shungite as a protective stone especially for EMF is becoming more popular these days. It even is suggested to immerse in water and drink the water. If you care to comment Ethan, I would so appreciate your thoughts on it’s abilities and if it is safe to drink shungite water?
I talk about Shungite for protection in my book Psychic Protection Crystals. I know it is used to filter water but don’t use it and would not feel safe doing so unless manufacturers can guarantee they are using genuine Shungite and that there is no other risks or health issues with drinking water with it.
Hi Ethan, just did a counselling session and a angel card reading ,wore a lapiz and a citrine bracelet, kept salt water bowl,salt water lamp but agin in the mid of the session started having severe pain in my right shoulder .Please guide ,didn’t i use the right kind of crystals??A response would be highly appreciated!
