8 Meditation Room Crystals 🧘‍♀️ To Enhance Your Space & Experience

What are the best meditation room crystals? Which crystals help enhance the energy of your meditation room or area? These eight spiritual stones will support your meditation practice and experience.

You don’t need a dedicated meditation room to benefit from these crystals. Any area that you use to meditate can be enhanced with these stones. How you place them and in what form is up to you.

NOTE: Be sure to read the full article as Ive included a free guided crystal meditation that I think you are going to love.

As a general guide for crystal placement in your space, when it looks right, the vibe is usually right too

Clear Space, Clear Mind

If you’re new to working with crystals, remember to cleanse them. They won’t enhance the energy of your space if they are clogged up. You can cleanse your meditation room crystals or the room/area as often as you want. As a general rule, I recommend at least once a month for display crystals and any space.

APOPHYLLITE

Apophyllite can be found as beautiful clusters or standing ‘pyramid points’. This is a high vibe and super spiritual stone. The crystal brings high-vibration energy that is helpful for all spiritual work. Apophyllite assists you in reaching a higher state of being.

FLUORITE

I recommended Fluorite for meditation room crystals because it works with your mind. Fluorite helps balance the mind and supports you in reaching mental clarity. It helps you stay focused and filter out outside distractions. Purple or green are nice choices but go with any colour or combination that calls you.

AMETHYST

Amethyst opens the third eye and crown chakras which help you access higher states or consciousness. This purple crystal supports spiritual work and releases attachment to the past. Amethyst is also cleansing and elevates the vibration of your space.

CLEAR QUARTZ

Clear Quartz supports you in reaching mental clarity and focus during meditation practice. It enhances energy and helps you set intentions and manifest them. Add clear Quartz to your meditation area to help you gain clarity on any insights or intuition you gain during your meditations.

TIBETAN & HIMALAYAN QUARTZ

Quartz crystals from the mountains of the Himalayas and Tibet hold powerful spiritual energy. This is a sacred place to many different people. You can use clear, smoky or phantom quartz including those with inclusions of other minerals inside. These crystals have strong spiritual energy and support deep meditation.

SELENITE

Selenite (Satin Spar) is another excellent choice for your meditation room crystals. This beautiful crystal channels the energy of the angelic realm and the moon. Selenite is deeply cleansing, so it can help you keep your aura and space clear and tuned into the spiritual realms.

SMOKY QUARTZ

Smoky Quartz is a helpful crystal for meditation in a couple of ways. Firstly, this dark form of quartz is grounding and helps you stay centred in your body. The other way that Smoky Quartz can support you is by clearing away bad vibes. Smoky Quartz also helps you become aware of negative thought patterns so you can overcome them.

CANDLE QUARTZ

Candle Quartz is a form of white or milky quartz. This crystal carries peaceful and calming energy that supports meditation. Many of us need a peaceful environment to tune in to ourselves. Candle Quartz also opens your crown chakra and brings spiritual light to your space.

    Thank you Ethan.
I look forward to your next crystal grid book.
I have collected crystals for many years and now I am learning more about their esoteric properties.
    Fascinating!

  2. Cherry

I’d definitely agree with the Fluorite. I find natural octahedra very helpful for meditation, and they come in all the colours too.

I’d also add Brandberg Quartz/Amethyst. It’s powerful stuff, but very spiritual, and is basically three of your suggestions in one.
