These are some of my top crystals for job interview success. Five crystals to help you shine, give you super self confidence, bring good luck and keep you calm in your interview.
Best Crystals For Job Interviews
Going for a job interview, especially one that means a lot to you can be nerve-wracking. It’s frustrating that our nerves can trip us up just when we need to keep our cool.
There are many factors in a successful job interview that are outside of our control. Such as experience and qualifications, if they already have someone in mind.
Although these crystals can’t guarantee you or someone you know will get the job, they could help give you the edge you need or improve your interviews and be more successful. So, why not give them a try?
Choosing The Right Crystals For Interview Success
Read through the crystal meanings below and see which one or more would be the most helpful crystals for your job interview. You can wear them as jewellery or carry them in your pocket, wallet or handbag.
Substitute Stones!
I’ve included a substitute stone if you can’t find any of these crystals in time for your interview. I hope these alternatives are helpful. Let me know in the comments.
SARDONYX
This is a mixture of Sard (Brown Carnelian) and Onyx. This stone gives you motivation and determination. It increases your persistence to achieve what you desire. Sardonyx is a crystal of willpower and inspires taking needed action.
SUBSTITUTE STONE: If you don’t have or can’t find Sardonyx you can also use Carnelian!
BLUE LACE AGATE
This crystal works in two ways that will help you in your job interview. Blue Lace Agate is calming and helps release stress. I know you might be sold already but it is also a good choice for clear communication. It’s ideal when your words matter most.
SUBSTITUTE STONE: You could also use Blue Chalcedony as an alternative.
YELLOW JASPER
Grab some yellow Jasper for a boost in your self-confidence and self-belief. It works with your Solar Plexus Chakra. Another reason it’s helpful for job interview success is that it encourages positive thinking which is a huge help in reaching any goal.
SUBSTITUTE STONE: If you can’t find this stone, then Tiger’s Eye works in the same way too.
GREEN JADE
This is a traditional stone of good luck and increasing prosperity. Green Jade is also a soothing and calming stone that can help calm your nerves in an interview.
SUBSTITUTE STONE: I find Green Aventurine to be the next best thing for all these crystal properties.
CITRINE
Citrine is helpful for helping you shine your light. After all, you need to be seen, noticed and remembered to get the job. Citrine is also traditionally used for increasing your prosperity and manifesting success.
SUBSTITUTE STONE: You can also try Sunstone for amplifying visibility.

Thanks Ethan, I have a virtual job interview coming up. I have all of the recommended crystals or substitutes. Do you think just having them in close proximity will suffice? I’ll keep you posted on my results.
Using all of them is really not necessary. I would pick one to three based on your needs. They should be within your aura for the best effect. Best of luck with your interview.
I had this saved to read later. I am unhappy in my current job and have started searching for other opportunities. I am receiving responses and will be having interviews. The timing couldn’t have been better. Thank you Ethan for sharing you knowledge as always.
