2020 was a pretty challenging year for most people but what does 2021 hold for you? I did this reading on the Winter Solstice during the astrological conjunction. The purpose of this reading is to give you some spiritual guidance for the year ahead.
My intention is to bring through what you need to hear to better navigate the year, grow, overcome inner obstacles, manifest and align with your life purpose.
2021 Energy
Please be open to new perspectives and be prepared to do some inner work if you want to make big changes in your life. The energy of 2020 and 2021 is all about transformation and change. When you go with the flow things are a lot easier than swimming against the current. Readings are not much help if you don’t use the guidance in your life.

Those of you who follow my social media and newsletters will know I’m working on an idea for a crystal oracle deck (with a difference). It is still in development and I do not have a publisher yet. It’s top-secret but I’m using it in these readings to select a crystal for you for the year…
You Have The Power
Remember, cards offer guidance and possibilities based on where you are now. You’re in charge of your own life and destiny and responsible for the choices you make.

How To Pick Your Cards
Below there is a photo of the three card piles for the 2021 reading. Before you choose, take a few moments to centre yourself. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Get focused on your intention to receive guidance for the year of 2021 for your highest good.

Healing Energy
The first message from your angels is about healing. 2020 brought a lot up to the surface and may have created a lot of stress for you. Maybe a few things did not happen. It’s time to heal this. Ask your angels to help by sending you healing energy or to help heal your life.
Queen Of Air
This year you need to use your discernment with what information you consume. A cool head will help you make better decisions and avoid unnecessary conflict with people who have different views or beliefs than you. Stay focused on your goals and priorities.
Birthing A New Age
Have you been feeling called to create something that will help others or the planet? This is a sign that this is part of your life purpose and you should bring it into being. You might not feel ready but that’s normal. The old you is being shed, this year is an opportunity for rebirth.
The Lovers
Although this can indicate a new relationship it can mean so much more. Life is full of choices and you may need to make important ones this year. How committed are you to your goals? You’re being asked to commit yourself more to something to make it happen. Make an honest commitment and follow-through.
Earth Chalice
Being in nature, around trees, hills or mountains is very purifying for you. Walking, sitting or laying on the grass releases stress and old energy. Make an effort to do this regularly this year or whenever you feel you need it.
Slow Down
Being too busy or taking on too many responsibilities is not helpful. You will get your best work done and receive intuitive guidance if you slow down. Your 2021 affirmation is “I slow down and listen to the guidance that’s available to me“.

Take A Step Back
You may have found yourself getting caught up in the chaos of 2020 (who hasn’t?). Sometimes it’s very hard to know what to do when we are in the middle of a storm. Your angels are asking you to take a step back. Take a break, review things, allow them to soak in before taking any action. Things will be much more clear if you do this.
Page Of Air
You may have a lot of ideas and a different perspective on things but be careful who or how you share this. Sometimes our message is not heard because we didn’t deliver it the best way we could. Take a deep breath and think about how to share your thoughts in a way that will not be misunderstood.
Get Grounded
You’re very sensitive to energy and you may be an empath. Regular grounding is vital for your wellbeing. Commit to a daily grounding practice through meditation, yoga, connecting with trees or nature.
Seven of Disks
Our mind and ego play tricks on us. The fear of failure is one of the oldest tricks in the book. Have you been talking yourself out of doing something? If you experienced loss in 2020 don’t let that stop you trying. Learn from any mistakes, dust yourself off and get back up again.
Universe
Do you trust the Universe? If you are trying to manifest things then this is a must. Instead of giving your energy to doubt, try to channel it into expectation. You may need to read the last sentence again.
Appreciation
Another thing that will help you manifest in 2021 is focusing on appreciation. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have (yet!), look at what you do have. Gratitude shifts your vibration so that you will attract more of what will make you feel good. Your 2021 affirmation is “Appreciation dissolves all blocks to the presence of my super attractor power.”

CARD PILE 3
Self-Acceptance
Your angels want you to love and accept yourself more. Stop comparing yourself to others or worrying about how others see you. You’re perfect just the way you are. Maybe you took a few knocks in 2020 but that is the past now. Know that you are worthy of success, love and happiness.
Nine of Fire
Be prepared to fight for what you want and never give up. Defend what you have already created and remember that any challenges you’ve faced in the past have only made you stronger. You may need to take a look at your boundaries when dealing with anyone who does not respect you.
Sisterhood Of The Rose
You are being called to work with nature and the energy of the Earth this year. Spend more time in nature to reset your energy when needed. Work with herbs, essences and oils. Bring nature into your home (plants, flowers, crystals) to help raise the vibration.
Death
This is the card of transformation. 2021 holds great potential for a fresh start for you but you will need to let go of the past. What is no longer serving you? What needs to be let go of to allow the new into your life? Make room for change.
New World
This follows on from the lessons of the last card. Make sure you’re not talking yourself out of making positive life changes. It’s like you are in a chrysalis and just about to break free and become your full potential.
Gratitude
How much do you appreciate what you have and what you have achieved so far? What’s working? A daily gratitude practice will increase your manifesting ability. Your affirmation for 2021 is “When I’m in a state of appreciation I’m in vibrational alignment with my true love nature.”

So your support stone for the year is Black Tourmaline. This stone will help you maintain healthy boundaries and block bad vibes.

I think I got mine from soulfulcrystals.co.uk a few years ago.
I’m very new to this so I appreciate any response to this question. When I first looked at the numbered decks I didn’t really have a “feel’ for any number so I choose 2 (middle ground, looking for balance maybe) but as soon as I saw the cards #1 reached out and grabbed me.
So now do I go with my choice (#2) or my gut (#1)

Just want to mention too that, with Colour communication in the subconscious being a focus for me recently, I find it so interesting that the decks all have combinations of red and blue/green as the main two colours but that deck one was more blue/green, deck two was more balanced and deck three was more red. Red is a colour that has been coming up for me a lot recently and I chose deck 3…beautiful:)

Well I am a bit late catching up.. but wow, it was a good thing. I picked #3 and having lived through almost 4 months of 2021… This reading is amazing.. we moved to a new home and property, with an enchanted forest, that I have bonded with in ways I could never have expected or ever imagined … The need to create sacred space has been overwhelming.. In the forest, a sacred circle…. In a charming clearing ,I have created a stone spiral … All the stones from the property just appeared as I wandered.. and reading your recent article on goddesses and crystals..
