Crystals hold energy, so it makes sense that they can be helpful to access your past lives. This can involve past life memories that are relevant now. This can be helpful in understanding who you are, plus current events in your life and valuable life lessons.
Some crystals will awaken your talents and abilities from these incarnations.
This Crystal Revealed My Past Life
One of my first big spiritual experiences with crystals involved a spontaneous past life recall with a Clear Quartz Crystal. It had just arrived in the post (mail) and I just held it with my eyes closed for just a second.
I suddenly saw myself in a place that I felt was an island near South America as some village shaman-like of role. I was sitting on the ground or sand and in front of me were various stones, sea shells and a quartz crystal on a flat piece of wood.
They seemed like healing tools of some kind or possibly for divination. It was like looking into a window into the past. Like I was being shown that I had worked with crystals before. I felt very strange afterwards and needed to sit down.
Then I was confused as to why a humble Quartz crystal point on a keychain could do this until I looked closer. On the surface of this inexpensive crystal were markings called inscriptions. More on these later…
Not long after, I went for my first-ever psychic reading, which had a massive impact on my whole life. It was a ‘soul reading‘ that also delved into my past lives. The psychic described a past life on an island near Cuba, where I had been some kind of healer… Was this the same past life?
My Past Life Bracelet Experience
Back in the 2000’s, I came across a crystal wrist mala made of what I think they called ‘Fossil Stone‘. I think this might be Fossil Jasper but some darker Turritella Agate and Crinoid Stone look similar too. It was sold for remembering past lives. I was curious if this worked and thought I would give it a try.
Rather than use a past life regression meditation, I decided to wear it while I was sleeping. I felt the memories would come as a dream with this stone. If you’ve tried any kind of dream work, lucid dreaming or dream incubation, you know it can take weeks to see results.
So I fully expected it to take some time. I was wrong and this wasn’t just me either as I will explain. On the first night I tried it I had an extremely vivid dream. It involved me being someone else on a military plane in a past war era. I think we crashed into a field. I’ve never dreamt anything like it before or since…
I told my sister about this ‘dream’ and she wanted to try it. Again, I didn’t really know if she would get anything. The next day she told me in complete shock that she dreamt she was an old woman in a house that could have been the Victorian era.
Strangely enough, when I eventually felt ready to try it again I didn’t dream of anything past life related. I might try it again.
How To Work With Crystals For Past Life Recall?
Usually past life memories are not so instant even for me or anyone else. They can absolutely come about naturally by wearing a past life crystal but are easier to access during meditation or visualisation. I recommend you try a guided past life regression meditation.
I used to use Doreen Virtues CD for this but it’s no longer available. There are some others I found HERE (as an Amazon affiliate I earn from any qualifying purchases) and free ones on YouTube but read the reviews before trying. You could of course find a professional past life regressionist if you prefer.
I recommend after a past life regression that you cleanse yourself. You may have to do some healing work or vow releasing. I have some crystals coming up for this…
Is Past Life Regression RIGHT For YOU?
Past lives are not all love and light. Accessing a memory might not be comfortable and could involve a traumatic experience or seeing your previous death. Only do this if you are ready and open to it and feel called to do this.
Crystals For Past Life Memories & Healing
When I checked my notes there were way more crystals for past life work than I realised. What you see here is just a selection for you to explore. I always try to have a variety of options and avoid lists of just rare crystals.
1 . LAPIS LAZULI
Lapis Lazuli helps access past life memories. It’s also healing and can help you release past life trauma. This stone helps you learn from and release karmic patterns. You can also work with Lapis Lazuli to release old vows that no longer serve you.
2. Turritella Agate or Fossil Jasper
You can use Fossil Stone/Fossil Jasper or Crinoid Stone too, which are similar looking and similar in composition and energy. These mini fossil-included stones all activate past life recall, especially in the dream state as I shared in my story above.
3. AQUAMARINE
Aquamarine can help in remembering your past lives. It supports you in cleansing any heavy past life energy or negative emotions brought up from past life regression. Aquamarine also assists you in releasing old vows through the Throat Chakra and clearing karmic blocks.
4. QUARTZ CRYSTAL INSCRIPTIONS
Inscriptions are tiny indented shapes that appear in groups on the surface of unpolished crystal points. Most crystal sellers won’t mention them so check your crystals! They can look like dots, shooting stars or even lines of cuneiform script. Inscriptions unlock ancient wisdom, spiritual abilities and skills from your previous incarnations.
5. BLUE APATITE
Blue Apatite supports you in recovering your soul’s past life memories. It can help gain more clarity during past life regression and understand what the memory means for you now. Blue Apatite will support you in releasing outdated vows from past lives.
6. SUGILITE
High vibe Sugilite taps you into the wisdom of your higher self for past life recall. Sugilite is also cleansing and another crystal that helps you resolve and release karmic patterns on your path.
7. TIME LINK TO THE PAST
This is a long four-sided extra facet that slants to the left of the main face of a crystal point. A Clear Quartz Crystal with a Time Link To The Past can be used to access information about your past lives. Once again, sellers rarely mention these so check your crystals!
8. SHIVA LINGAM
The Shiva Lingam stones I feel had to be included as one of the crystals for past life recall. Shiva Lingams are also helpful in working through and clearing old karmic lessons for your soul’s spiritual growth.
Past Life Readings
Another way to access past lives is by getting a past life reading like I did. Or you could access your own Akashic Records. This can also be done by someone else for you. My experience was similar, although the Quartz which triggered it isn’t really what I’d call inscribed; it has Akashic lines and Record Keeper markings. I do have a couple of inscribed Quartzes, including one I picked up in March this year, which is also a Dow Transceiver with a Chloritic Phantom. Another one, which is a really fascinating crystal, is a Mango Quartz with some inscriptions, and a termination which is bisected by a small Clear Quartz. The small crystal is firmly in place and doesn’t seem to want to go anywhere. That isn’t something I’ve seen before, and I’m still trying to find out what it means. The Mango Quartz has shown me, not my own past life, but part of its history: the events – from oys own perspective – when the deposit was first found, then when it was deliberately hidden, and lastly when it was found again.
Anyway, the primary past life recall came in the form of a slightly alarming dream which showed me, not how that lifetime went by, but how it ended. I won’t scare anyone with details, unless the majority want to know; but let’s just say, I was pretty severely shaken by it. Since that dream, other memories (and skills) have come back to me; the picture is coming ever clearer, though there are naturally gaps: for instance, I can remember what my house and garden looked like, and where they were located, but no more than a flicker of the language. That said, once, years ago, a traveling community woman tried to curse me for walking by instead of purchasing something; I started to say, “I refute your curse, as I don’t believe in them and belief is everything”, but what came out of my mouth was altogether different and definitely not any normal language! Later, I was informed it was a verbal negation of the ill will from the woman.
You know the saying about gift horses? I think it applied there.

I’ve not had any dreams or past life regressions done. But when I travel certain places make me feel like I’ve lived here before. It’s like I sometimes feel extremely happy and skep a heart beat on seeing it . Sometimes it’s as if trees ( especially in a forest) are telling me, “hello there , nice to see you back after so long” I always hug trees when I go to forest and it’s like a reunion for me. I don’t know honestly but some places actually call you especially the trees. Has anyone had such experiences?
Yes, there are places that call to me if I haven’t been to them; and there are places that, just as with you, make me feel safe and joyously happy, which are mostly places I’ve already been in this life. It sounds as though – and bear in mind, I’m not an expert, so this is only my thinking on the matter – the information is simply coming to you in a different way than it does to me. There are many ways, many paths one can walk, and they all have value.
I think both of our experiences with feeling happy somewhere we don’t have any known connection with, is quite possibly the unsolidified memory of another, happier life.

I have just finished watching my first message from you about past lives. I had a card reading once that matched your reading from pile 2 almost exactly. By the time I was done listening to your interpretation of pile 2, I was sobbing. You have no idea of how much I felt that you were spot on.
I never felt any connection to the Asian locations, but I once visited Pompeii and was very drawn to it. I also encounter places here in the US that just welcome me home, even though I have never been there before in this lifetime. And every time I visit, I feel like I have arrived home again.
As to your reading of pile 2, of course, the person who treated me badly in my past life as you described him, is now back in this life, I am sure. 10 years of betrayal and lies and I have not been able to move forward from him, as hard as I try.
VERY interesting that I just, 2 weeks ago, bought some tiger’s eye stones, a stone I have never had much interest in before. (I have always been drawn to crystals and stones, and have just started revisiting my collection, reading more about their powers and the grids, (which is how I found you) and adding stones and crystals to the collection, which is why I bought the tiger’s eye). I believe that was not a coincidence, it was guidance.
As to Archangels, although I am a “fallen” Catholic, I do believe in a higher power. And for lack of anything else concrete, (a throwback to my parochial school education), I started praying to Archangel Michael and Raphael about a year ago. Two weeks ago I added Metatron, who scares me but still I feel I need him. I thank Archangel Michael for his sword and shield of protection over myself and my dearest family and friends, and Raphael for his healing grace for myself, all my friends, and even one of my “not” friends. I am hoping Metatron will grant me the blessing to witness the justice I need to see happen.

I have had at least 4 past life memories!
One quite long one Egyptian , and a very in depth one in Ireland ( Drogheda) where I was caught by English soldiers during the Battle of the Boyne.
They confirmed to me that we are still a conscious energy when we pass over., which I also experienced during my NDE .

I found this article really interesting, that’s amazing that the clear quartz crystal took you into a past life so quickly. It seems like it was destined to happen.
After reading your article, I took a look at a clear quartz crystal I’ve had for ages and it turns out it’s got a time link on it 🙂 It’s also got irregular lines and shapes and some faint parallel lines.
